Made by Kelly party hat

I made this hat years ago to wear for one of my first fundraising events as No More Victims 2. We called it the "Screw black Friday" event. I had a food drive for a local food bank on blackFriday and made it an all day family event complete with vendors and artists, kids activities and family karaoke... We I heard the local news might be there and I wanted this big girl to be ass aforbs as possible, the hat, and the event, were a hit. 
Anyway the hat is about 16 inches to feather tip and still shiny but the feathers need dusted.
