"Slater Skirt"

Not sure why they call it a skater skirt, I'd call it a really cute super short trumpet skirt! It's a cotton/ polyester blend, not sure what size I ordered but I'd say it's about an XL,, the elastic waist just isn't very thick so if you're apple or heart shaped like myself it rolls and I can't be bothered but it's so cute when it spins out!
